November, 1993 - present Greene Radovsky Maloney & Share LLP, assisting three partners (including name partner) in a busy business, mergers and acquisitions, securities and tax practice, including heavy client contact (both in person and on the telephone), heavy calendaring, preparing and editing documents and correspondence (including lengthy SEC filings), performing some paralegal duties, improving office procedures, writing, editing and testing macros, setting up form documents, training other staff in word processing and troubleshooting word processing difficulties. Previously I assisted partners in the firm's real estate department for seven years, in a busy commercial real estate acquisitions and leasing practice during the boom period, drafting and editing legal documents and performing heavy word processing duties. During this time, I also assisted the firm's managing partner for three years.
