Annadel State Park

June 23, 2010

Annadel State Park is a little bit east of Santa Rosa. It is known for mountain biking, although we did not have bikes with us. It is also good for wildlife viewing.

We couldn't figure out why the grass had these variations in color. Pesticides?

Good looks at Acorn Woodpeckers.

An amazing dragonfly. I looked at a dragonfly book to try to identify it, but the number of varieties is enormous.

On to the Lady Bird Johnson Grove.
